1966 GT40 North America GT40 Sport! Produced to recreate the Iconic Original GT40 by Indianapolis 500 Winner Ari Luyendyk’s Engineers to an Extremely High Quality using state of the art materials including a Full Carbon Fiber Body, Ford Racing Engine mated to a Manual 5 Speed ZF Trans-axle and producing 550HP and 535 ft-lb’s of Torque, weighing in at a super lite 2016 lb’s!! Designed by Andrew Broadley whose father built the original GT40 at Ford between 1966 and 1969. As you can imagine this car is extremely accurate to the original and uses no South African parts or body panels like a lot of the other “kit” cars that are available today. Only 2 of these examples have been built and they were awarded the “Best Domestic Automobile” at the 2006 Las Vegas SEMA show and was Showcased by Roush at the show
